COVID-19 Community Research Partnership

Researchers at Wake Forest Baptist Health are working the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and other large health systems to better understand the spread of COVID-19. 

Study participants complete short online surveys about possible exposures, symptoms, and health care visits. Some participants may be asked to complete an at-home test for antibodies to COVID-19. 


This study is open to patients who have received care at Wake Forest Baptist Health. 

Updates and Data

The goal of the Community Research Partnership is to enroll more than 500,000 participants over the next few months, with particular interest in enrolling a representative demographic including the elderly (age 65 and older), youth (age 17 and younger) and racial/ethnic minority groups. The data below reflects study participation since April 2020. Additional data will be included in the future.
